Daily Encouragement - Day #14

The Prayer of Faith 

Today we pray for healing, restoration, and faith. 

James 5 tells us to pray for the sick, confess our sins, and pray for one another. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. We are not meant to carry burdens alone. God places us in community so we can pray with and for each other. 

John 14 reminds us that Jesus works through those who believe in Him, and that what we ask in His name brings glory to the Father. 

Praying in Jesus’ name is not a formula. It means praying under His authority, according to His character, and for His glory. 

Who needs prayer today? Who needs healing? Who needs encouragement? Who needs you to stand in faith with them? 

Reach out. Pray boldly. Believe God is able. 

Today’s Prayer:   

Lord, I pray for healing and restoration today. Strengthen my faith and help me pray for others with compassion and boldness. May everything I ask bring glory to You. Amen.
